We offer free transportation from various resorts and villas
in the Runaway Bay and surrounding area. Select Runaway Bay, on the map

Ocho Rios is only 20 minutes away from Runaway Bay and is an easy taxi or local
bus ride away. We can arrange for private round-trip transportation for
groups of three or more for a small fee per person.
Are you staying in the Montego Bay area, but you would like to experience the
fantastic diving here in Runaway Bay? No problem! Make it a day trip. Hire
a taxi for the day and be sure to stop by our shop for the 9:00am and 11:00am
dives. Then spend the afternoon in Ocho Rios, which is only 20 minutes
away. There you can shop 'til you drop, climb Dunn's River Falls, visit
some working plantations, plus so much more. Call us if this is of interest

When
you travel by taxi, it is advisable to agree on the price of the journey
before you start. Not sure of a price, call us and we'll let you know if
the price is fair. Take only taxis with red PPV license plates. |
Throughout the island you will see mini-buses plying the highways and byways. They
carry red PP license plates and can be waved down as they approach.
Ask for the fare before you board. Buses are generally overcrowded and the
driving style somewhat adventurous, but it's a great way to meet the people. |
Car rental companies are located in all resort areas and at the major airports.
Speed limits are posted and remember to drive on the left hand side. |
